We charge a set $9.66 shipping rate for shipping in the US including Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. We will ship either UPS, Fed Ex or in some cases USPS priority mail. Expect delivery 5-10 business days after the order is processed.

We charge regular UPS standard ship rates which will be calculated by weight and zip code. All orders must be received by noon PST Monday thru Friday in order to ensure expedited shipping. Orders placed on Friday after noon PST will arrive on the Tuesday after the order is received.

For international shipments with the exception of Canada (see above), please contact us direct to place your order and we will provide you a shipping cost.

Our warehouse is closed to the public and we do not allow pickups of product purchased online.

The Bumble Collection will only return/exchange items purchased through TheBumbleCollection.com and a copy of your receipt is required. Items purchased through a authorized retailer must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer.

All items purchased from The Bumble Collection can be returned within 7 days of delivery for refund minus a $10.00 restocking fee plus all shipping costs. Items must include the original receipt and be in unused, perfect condition, with all tags and plastic wraps attached.

We have all purchased something online and it arrived "differently than expected". No worries. We will exchange it for you for free. Simply contact us within 7 days or receiving goods and we will pay for the return shipping to and from.
