Q: If I purchased a Bumble product from a retailer...Can I return or exchange it directly to The Bumble Collection?
We ask that all returns/exchanges be handled directly through the retailer the item was purchased from.
Q: What if my bag becomes damaged?
We prefer to handle all damages directly. Please contact us so we can help resolve the issue with you. Please be prepared to email photos of damage so we can better assist you. Each case will be handled individually.  It may be necessary for you to return products to us and a return authorization (RA#) will be given to you to place on outside of box. Please note that any product sent back without a RA number, will be not be accepted by our shipping department and will automatically be sent back to return address.

Q: How do I clean my diaper bag?
Our Bumble products are created with our signature water and stain resistant fabrics. For small stains, we recommend you spot clean with warm water and lay flat to dry. For multiple stains or for tough stains, we recommend machine wash on gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Please do not place Bumble products in the dryer. Note: All straps are to be handwashed to ensure no damage to your washing machine and for the longevity of the product.

Q: How do I clean my changing pad?
Your changing pad can be machine washed on gentle cycle and lay flat to dry.
